- Is this a live program?No. The classes were recorded live the first time I ran the program, but now you will have access to replays of the classes. This is a self-paced course and you can watch the lessons at your convenience.
- How long do I have to complete the course?This is a self-paced course so you can go at your own speed. However, I recommend watching one class per week, which will take you 5 weeks to complete.
- Will I get private coaching from Amy?No, there's no private coaching included with this program. However, you'll have access to a private community where you can ask your questions. :)
- How long does the program run?There are five 60-90 minute replay videos. Originally, the classes were once a week for 5 weeks, but you can watch them at your own pace.
- How long do I have access to the classes?You will have access to the classes for at least 2 years. I'll let you know if I ever intend to take them down so you can download the videos first.
- What exactly are you teaching here?Ah, that's a great question! In the past 4 years I have identified 12 things in my life that were creating bad feelings and negative energy - things like the news, caffeine, chemical cleaners (like bleach), sugar, sleep quality, clutter, illness, and a few more... I learned how to take small steps to remove, replace or reduce these things in my life. It made a huge difference! So now I'm teaching others to do the same. :)
